Update!
Fill out all necessary information as clearly as possible. Applications that are not legible or missing information will be returned. The state and district form has been updated. This document now allows you to enter your information right in the pdf before you print it. This will help the directors be able to read them better. But if you must fill them in by hand or need to give someone a blank one, you can still print it blank.
It
is recommended that guaranteed boaters and riders send in together.
When sending in alone with no guaranteed partner, applications will be
taken in the order they are received by the post marked date.
For state team, you must enter as an equal number of boaters and riders. If your team needs more than one application use more, but send the team apps in together as one team.
The first day applications will be accepted and post marked is February 14th, Valentines Day.
